Danny Kaye, 1940, Danny Kaye. Vintage original 8 x 10 in. black and white glossy photographic portrait of actress Eve Arden, personally inscribed in blue ink on the left next to the glamorous image of the actress, “For Sylvia + Danny, with thanks for a very happy experience working with you!" It is signed, “Much love, Eve." Danny Kaye and Eve Arden had a brief affair during the 1940s while working together. Despite their romantic involvement, both maintained their marriages and eventually moved on. Exhibiting expected age and minor handling. In vintage very good to fine condition.
