Collection of (16) production used hand painted cels with three-hole punches at the bottom of the pages for placing onto a registration board, individually accomplished in ink and gouache on approximately 12.5 x 10.5 in. acetate. The satirically rendered Disney-like animal characters featured among the drawings are a rabbit, a beaver, and birds, as well as a drawing of "Violet Newstead's" (Lily Tomlin) silhouette to resemble Snow White. This latter cell comes with an original source corresponding blue-line sketch. The memorable animated sequence occurs when the characters played by Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton fantasize about their revenge on their boss, played by the late Dabney Coleman. This sequence showcases their daydreams of empowerment and transformation, visually illustrating their frustrations in a humorous and creative way. Exhibiting production use, handling, and expected aging. In good to very good condition.
