Collection of (15+) items from the cult classic action-adventure family film The Rocketeer. The lot contains a studio-issued pressbook with standard paper attachments, including, but not limited to, a synopsis of the film, cast and crew credits and bios, production notes, as well as marketing materials such as production stills. Notably, it includes a 40+ page printed packet of "Safety Guidelines and Procedures for Flying Sequences on ‘The Rocketeer,'" which features an extensive series of storyboard drawings. Included with the lot are printed invitations to the film's wrap party at "The South Seas Club" (Disney Studios, Stage 2) on "Saturday, January 26, 1991," an invitation to a "cast and crew" screening on "Thursday, June 13, 1991," at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Goldwyn Theater on Wilshire, and a coupon book with vouchers titled "Premiere Blast-Off Party Passport," along with a plastic "All Access" VIP Pass for the premiere held on June 19, 1991. Accompanying themed swag includes two air circus programs, a "Bull Dog Cafe" server notepad page, blank stationery from "Bigelow's Air Circus," a biplane round button pin, a "Bigelow's Air Circus" round button pin, and a rectangular board with "The Rocketeer" logo and image imprinted on it. Rounding off the collection is a copy of the June 1991 issue of the trade magazine American Cinematographer and the August 1991 issue of Cinefantastique, both featuring "The Rocketeer" on their covers. Various other items are included. Several are pristine, while some exhibit expected aging, minor use, and handling. In overall good to very good condition.
