Designed by Eiko Ishioka for Francis Ford Coppola's opulent horror adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, and one of the most iconic sets of armor ever created, this instantly recognizable collection of armor is constructed from fiberglass and dense cast rubber, including 1-front chest piece, 2-leg pieces and 2-boot covers. The armor is distinct as it resembles a skinned, bloody muscle design throughout all of the components, which contributes to the overall aesthetic of the film, emphasizing "Dracula's" (Oldman) association with blood and the supernatural. Helmet and neck piece added for display, constructed from cast latex rubber which exhibits rigidity. Other pieces exhibiting production wear and handling from previous display. Overall in good condition.
