Production made "Bates Motel" tri-fold brochure prop designed for the acclaimed TV series inspired by the classic Robert Bloch novel and its legendary film adaptation, Psycho, which was considered the masterwork of director Alfred Hitchcock. The front flap features a drawing of the iconic motel imposed onto an image of the ocean in the bottom half, while the top half reads "Bates Motel / White Pine Bay / 4019 Hwy 88, OREGON 97300 / 541-555-0133." The back and interior folds detail the motel's amenities and local nature attractions. Measuring approximately 8.5 x 12 in. extended and 8.5 x 4 in. folded. Exhibiting minor handling.
