Fourth Draft Screenplay for The Mask

The Mask, 1994, New Line .Studio bound and bradded 116 page script for the comedy classic. Dated "Fourth Draft / July 5, 1993" as well as "Revised 7/28/93 (Blue)" and "Revised 8/6/93 (Pink)". Originally written by Mike Werb, from a story by Michael Fallon and Mark Verheiden, this particular draft was revised by director Chuck Russell, himself an accomplished screenwriter with credits such as A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors and the remake of The Blob under his belt. It's not uncommon for directors who are also writers to do what is referred to as a "director's pass" on a screenplay before production to align it with their vision for the film. The script exhibits age and handling with some bumped corners, a page tear along the top left hand brad, and edge wear. Comes with a metal and glass 12.5 x 15 x 1.5 display clasp case. In very good condition.
