Straight Outta Compton Storyboards

Straight Outta Compton, 2015, Universal. Production used storyboard illustrations displayed within (35) double-sided colorless Staples plastic media sleeves measuring approx. 9 x 11 in., totaling (50+) pages of artwork. The various storyboards are rendered as pen and marker sketches on yellow Post-It notes and cover various scenes, including a concert sequence and a police assault. Also inserted into the sleeves are production documents like pages from the screenplay and a report from the “tech scout." Straight Outta Compton chronicles the rise of the influential rap group N.W.A. and their impact on music and culture. The film highlights their struggles with fame, societal issues, and internal conflicts. Contained for display in a white Staples binder measuring approx. 11 x 11.5 x 2 in., with a black and white 8 x 11 in. printout of the movie's poster inserted into the cover sleeve. Also included with the lot is a new black medium-sized t-shirt with the film's logo on it. Exhibiting minor handling and production used. In very good to fine condition.
