Worf Life Cast Prosthetic from Star Trek TNG

Production used half-head prosthetic constructed of self-skinning polyfoam, mounted to the actor's life-cast vacuum-form face mask. The process of creating "Worf's" (Dorn) look involved several steps. First, a prosthetic forehead piece was applied to create the characteristic ridges. This was complemented by facial paint to give his skin a more textured and natural appearance. His makeup contributed significantly to the character's identity, making him one of the most memorable and visually striking figures in the Star Trek universe. Measuring approximately 12.5 x 7.5 x 4 in. Exhibiting production wear, age and deterioration along the blending edges with some material loss. In production used fair to good condition.
