Large-scale animatronic worm head constructed of cast rubber, wood, polyfoam, metal, and other mixed media. Expertly studio painted and finished to appear as an organic, monstrous, man-eating desert worm head with hinged mandibles and other moving parts. Mounting post at the back of head for affixing to creature body or animating mount. The "Graboid," (aka. the "Dirt Dragon" or "Tu Lung" in the 19th century), is a fictional invertebrate species that is the primary antagonist of the Tremors monster-adventure franchise. The creature made its debut in the 1990 film Tremors, and reappeared in all its sequels. Measuring 53 x 32 x 32 in. and exhibiting age and production wear. With mechanicals present but untested.
